Dr Mykola J. Bartkiw, DO is absolutely the best. With my acute and chronic conditions, he listens, he cares and he takes action. Thank you so much for being exactly what a doctor should be. I will be forever grateful!
Dr. Kyle Casadei has been treating me for over year or two now. It started with a work injury at UPS and had turned into a never ending nightmare. For those who have an injury that's internal, the hardest thing is to face the criticism of the typical you're milking the system or you're lying. It's not like we have a missing limb for all to see. Dr. Casadei has taken me serious from day one and has continued to pursue my issue even when I gave up. He is the only reason I was able to return to work recently after seeing tons of doctors and giving up hope that I would ever return. He continued to come up with treatment plans and theorize what could possibly be the problem. After having an arthrogram of my left hip, he proved his theory correct. I get to see him soon for hopefully my final treatment plan to make me whole again. I owe this man my entire career and couldn't possibly say enough good things about him.
I have had Dr. Prince perform knee surgery (scope) and he replaced my left shoulder. Both procedures went very smooth and Dr. Prince was very involved from initial diagnosis to after surgery PT, etc. His staff made everything very smooth and communicated so well throughout the process. I would highly recommend Dr. Prince for any orthopedic needs.
Dr. Siatczynski replaced my left knee. Heâs also done other minor surgeries on me over the years. Great doctor, very professional. Has much experience in his field. I would definitely use his expertise again if I needed it.
Excellent service. Doctor was straight forward with options. Had my surgery and recovering nicely because of the excellent care of Advanced Orthopedics! Thank you!!
Dr. Matthew Prince is absolutely the best and his medical assistant Amanda also needs a special HONORABLE MENTION!! (her friendly smile, and knowledgeable guidance are top notch)! I have had knee pain for years and then fell and damaged it badly. He and his staff of professionals have worked tirelessly and gone above and beyond to help me, including surgery, physical therapy, and amazing support through the entire process. If I EVER need any sort of assistance with any of my joints again I will only trust Dr. Prince and his trusted staff to help me. THANK YOU, Dale
Absolutely fantastic care from Dr. Siwiec! Seamless transition of care from hospital to outpatient surgery to office follow up visits. The office is hi-tech and efficient and Dr. Siwiec provides knowledgeable and compassionate care. I will be a patient for life.
After fracturing two bones in my wrist in FL and undergoing surgery, I returned to MI encouraged to stay under the surgeons care through telehealth phone conversations.Four weeks after the operation, I began PT. After 4 weeks of PT, the movement in my hand and wrist was almost nonexistent. One of my good friends recommended I see Dr. Bartkiw and for that recommendation I will be forever grateful. Dr. Bartkiw took over my case. He is one compassionate, excellent hand and wrist specialist, who works closely with his OT staff . Together amazing results were made. My wrist and hand are now functioning. The OT staff working with Dr. Bartkiw is outstanding. Andrew was the main OT working with me, and from Day 1 he was encouraging , focusing me on looking forward to what we could accomplish together. He went out of his way using his expertise to secure movement in my wrist and he succeeded. Everyone on staff from Becca in the office to the other OTâs Autumn, Maria, Nicole, Nikki, and also Maddie, an aide, were warm and so helpful in helping me through my therapy. I highly recommend Dr. Bartkiw and his excellent staff.
Great support staff for all the doctors and patients. Very professional. Thank you for your continued help.
Fast and friendly service! I didnât wait more than five minutes at any point from my arrival to check in, x-ray & Dr. visit. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you!
I have never been to a medical office or rehab place that was this efficient! Everyone and I mean everyone who came in contact with me, including the receptionist, the therapy assistants, and the orthopedic therapist(s) were all amazing! The entire staff worked seamlessly and efficiently! I would highly, highly recommend this place!

Leah has been a part of the CAO family for over two years and makes patients feel welcome and cared for the moment they walk through our doors. Outside of the office, Leah loves to travel and has a talent for planning unforgettable celebrations. As students head back to school, don't let an overloaded or poorly fitted backpack become a pain in the neck. The wrong backpack or carrying too much weight can put unnecessary strain on your child's spine. A few simple adjustments can go a long way in helping students stay comfortable throughout the school year.
